Subject: Change of Ownership Announcement

Dear Valued Customer

Thank you very much for choosing Gasanova for your LP Gas installations as well as your LP Gas supplier! It’s been a pleasure to be with you in the past and, hopefully, will be in the future. We are writing to tell you that our firm, located at Trinity Village Shopping Centre, 36 Knoppiesdoring Street, Randpark Ridge, is being transferred to the new owner Ascend Gas. One of the two directors has been part of the Gasanova Team, since 2014. Ruan de Villiers, or Diffi as most of Gasanova’s clients know him, has started his own company. The change in ownership is valid from the 10th of December 2022.

We want to note that there is no modification of the business policies, and it will continue to operate as usual as in the days when Diffi was there. The only change is a name change, but it will happen gradually. We assure you that the company will sustain the reputation and standing that they have built for many years and would like to improve even more on customer satisfaction. Still, we assure you that the new owners of Ascend Gas represented by Mr Ruan de Villiers (Diffi), and Elmo van Roon, would handle their customers with sheer dedication and experience in the LP Gas industry.

You have always been a valued client and have trusted Gasanova from the beginning and in all the odds, for which we are very thankful to you — Expect to seek the same from us for a very long time coming.
